- Support internal and external reporting requirements: financials, metrics, and CPUC reporting
- Support DG program managers with regulatory filings and process management
- Understand business needs, develops new reports and performs custom/ad-hoc reporting working with experienced product and program managers. Presents findings to various audiences.
- Perform basic business case analysis and present results internally.
- Communicate with peers inside and outside the department exchanging ideas or gathering information.
- Participate on project teams. Provide program support with escalated customer inquiries, customer data management, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain policy and procedure documents across programs.
- Ad hoc projects and other support as needed
