We are looking for a dependable, motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team to provide technical support to 150+ users. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with employees at every level to resolve technology problems quickly and efficiently.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Fielding requests for technical assistance, recording them in a ticketing system and resolving technical issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements and departmental expectations.
  • Providing support and maintenance within the organization’s desktop computing environment. This includes, but is not limited to, installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading computer hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance.
  • Creating and deploying images to laptops/desktops.
  • Basic server maintenance.
  • Technology setup for conference rooms.
  • Setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of smartphone devices.
  • Monitoring Outlook mailbox storage limits.
