- Experience in developing Catalog Items, Record Producers, Workflows, UI Actions, Script Includes, UI Pages etc.
- Experience in utilizing MID server, Web services API such as SOAP and REST, email and other relevant technology to integrate 3rd party applications with ServiceNow
- Experience in Reports and Performance Analytics
- Experience in collaborating with business users, product owner and ServiceNow team to establish specifications and agree on timeframe for completion of assigned requests.
